All services and products are delivered after the payment is through. Some of the items are not refundable (read the attached files for more explanation)

We expect that you do not pass your log-in details to a third party. In that case your subscription/access will be immediately cancelled without any refund.
All material available on our membership portal (presentations, articles, checklists etc.) are for your use and shouldn't be shared with a third party neither shared for commercial use or for free on your website, blog or any social media platform. In case of any violation your access will be immediately blocked without any refund.
Purchasing/subscription to any of the items available on this site does not mean that we will formulate or run any exclusive tests for you.
Your questions are answered within our working hours (CET: 9:00-18:00 Mo.-Fr.).
Except for 1on1 consultancy with Elham (product #101), none of the products grant you a private conversation and exchange of information with our staff. All questions are asked and will be answered within the announced channels (forum, private FB group and Q&A sessions)
We allow ourselves to block your account and do not process any further orders as long as there are any overdue and unpaid invoices.

- You will access each successive module after submitting your assignment and achieving the min. grade required for passing each grade
- You have two years time to finish the course and get your certificate of completion. After the two years you will still have access to the modules that you have passed but you will not be able to proceed or receive the certificate.
- You will be tutored and be able to participate in the live Q&As and chats during the two active years of your studies. After these two years you will not be mentored or be able to participate in live chats.
- You can withdraw from this contract and receive a complete refund within 30 days after your payment.
